New Modern Dormitory Commissioned for Students at Kapkulumben Secondary School

Finlays Community Trust is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a dormitory block for students at Kapkulumben Secondary School in Chepalungu constituency, Bomet county. The dormitory, which cost Kshs 5.8 million to build, has a capacity of up to 80 students and is expected to relieve the school’s accommodation pressure.

The Trust’s Vice chairperson, Ambassador Joshua Terer, presided over the commissioning of the modern dormitory. Also present during the commissioning were Ministry of Education Officials, FCT Trustees, the school’s management, parents, among other invited guests.

Finlays Community Trust has now invested over Ksh. 242 million in infrastructure projects to support socioeconomic development and improve the lives of communities in Kericho and Bomet Counties since its inception.

At Finlays Community Trust, we believe that investing in our children’s education today has a better return on investment for the community and society as a whole in future.
